Total disregard for safety. Very poor response from store and no reply from Head Office. Adults be careful yourself and protect your Children.

We visited the store today and had trouble finding the dried mushrooms. A very helpful lady called Fran took us to where they were. As they were a new line Fran later found us walking around the store to tell us that they weren’t yet on the system so priced them manually. Fran went above and beyond to give us excellent service.

1. After they rearranged/moved goods recently it is impossible to find a lot of things. It looks like some things were completely lost and forgotten.2. A lot of baskets are dirty or broken.3. Fruits are often in a very bad (unacceptable) state: rotten or low quality, overripe, etcNot sure what the reasons are, maybe it's heavily understaffed.Sad. Because it's a good store.

0/5 stars for delivery. Waited for over 12h with no call, text, email or anything from the shop & had to contact Asda ourselves. Usually when we have ordered, most orders are missing items every single time & Asda substitutes for cheaper, less good items that don't sometimes match the original item in the slightest. We were asked to pay for our shopping twice & get a refund at some time in the next few days with no confirmation as to when. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great parking for upto 4 hours in the shared car park, decent selection of food and homeware items, the store has a kind of fluid layout, which makes it easier to locate things as you shop.The staff around the floor are usually pretty helpful if needed, and the regular faces at the self scan are pretty much always cheerful and chatty.There’s a guy called Oliver and a blonde lass thats only got half her arm are great members of your team

Terrible experience. Went to pharmacy. Half the prescription was missing, wasnt informed, substituted the medicine without discussing it first. One of the staff was rude. To top it up I came out to find out that my car was scratched. Just like to know who monitors the carpark/ site!

Came in earlier to pick up some bits for dinner and they had everything I needed. The staff were very approachable and helpful and a young man named Oliver helped me with an issue I had and also made for a lovely chat!

Had an amazing experience at Asda on Monday. I had some troubles with the tills and a young gentleman called Oliver was extremely helpful and friendly despite the business of the store. I asked him about his future plans and he seems like a very ambitious young man and was able to hold the conversation politely while still tending to all the other customers needs. Extremely kind young man. it had been a rough weekend and he made my day!

I am quite annoyed that i can not get through the babble on the phone to actually speak to a live person. my 91 year old mum bought some yoghurt's from asda yesterday the 14th of September, only to find they went out of date on the 13th, I have her receipt with me and have been trying to put this right over the phone, that is not possible, how do you expect older people who do not have internet to get in touch. I can not give any stars to you due to this fact. My mum is your customer. please do right by people her age. I worked for asda cambridge when it first opened, so i am shocked at this practice of no one being able to speak to managers. please email me back. so i have to give one star or not able to post on this site. absolute rubbish
