I am a live out landlord in Aberdeen and live abroad. Allan has helped me out several time in the past 5 years making sure all my provided appliances are PAT tested and safe for my tenants. Allan always makes it very easy, even when I'm not physically there to manage this work, is extremely communicative and always does a thorough and professional job. Additionally, Allan is able to certify the appliances for two years, giving s real bonus to me as a landlord and reducing my admin burden. We asked Allan to conduct a legionella test for our building and issue a report. He assessed our requirements and tested as required. He then discussed his findings prior to issuing his final report which was well presented and understandable.Would highly recommend.

We took on Jireh Property Services to carry out a Legionella Inspection of our property to cover the new requirement for having guests stay. We found Allan Parkinson to be very thorough and professional in the way he undertook to inspection work, explaining , in detail, where we needed to comply with regulations. His final report was very detailed. We will definitely use this service again if required.

Excellent service from Allan of Jireh Properyt Services. Allan completed many EPC and LRA's in my properties that I personally own and some I manage. Always on time and thoughtful to the tenants involved. Allan is happy to answer any questions about the report to myself or tenants who are dealt with in totally professional manner. Even after works have been completed by Allan, mostly EPCs Allan is always happy to help with solving and offering suggestions of environment, economic and energy saving resources. Alway think of using Allan each job that comes up.
