If you looking to get your key copied then this place is 1000% for you. Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else. Tried to copy my key 3 times in Timsons and they failed every time, decided to give this place a chance and just like that first time worked. Great customer service, great price, couldn't be more happy. 10 stars really.

I have never felt 100% safe as when we closed our UPVC door you had to make sure you used a key to lock it.I contacted ARC on Saturday 13/02 for a quote and later that day Robert called round to look at the lock. The quote was sent to me and I agreed to go ahead and gave dates of my hospital appointments.He phoned me and arranged for it to be fitted today.Very pleasant professional service. Would highly recommend them

Amazing service! I called at about 12:30 and by 3pm the new locks had been fitted. From the minute I spoke to Bob and his team they were polite, friendly and willing to help. They are a very reliable business and I will be contacting them again when I need some new locks fitted. Thanks again Bob and team!

I searched key cut on Google and I found ARC locksmiths: I got there and my key was cut in less than 4 Minutes. And it was perfect, no issues at all. I will highly recommend it.

Great service. Arrived really quickly on a Sunday morning after an attempted break in at our property. Repaired damage and fitted an extremely robust replacement lock and handle, along with some additional security for our french doors. Highly recommended
