Worst dog grooming services I had ever experienced, I am a hard working 17 year old girl who works hard for my money and have been messed about with this dog grooming company first they moved my appointment because it wasn’t suitable for them and therefore when I cancelled my appointment they only gave me 50% of my money back no where stated about them giving me 50% back if I cancel my appointment, very not happy and now they completely ignored me about me wanting a full refund.DO NOT RECOMMEND

We took our little puppy Jelly Bean for her first grooming. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and they gave us great advice as well. Jelly Bean was also very pleased with the service.

Took my 5mo Border Collie for his first groom here. They did a fantastic job with him, see before/after. He just looks neat and tidy now.5* can recommend, especially for new dog owners looking for someone experienced with puppies.

Have move to the area recently and Cooper desperately needed a cut. From our point of contact, the communication was brilliant, explaining the services and appointment times etc. Arrived at our allotted time and was warmly greeted. We explained how we wanted Cooper cut and he came out exactly as we asked. We are already booked in again. Would definitely recommend.
