Polished Scot
We started using Polished Scot for our Airbnb changeover service earlier this year for our flat in Leith and recently we’ve been very busy with the festival. Tomek, Chris and team have been really helpful and good at taking bookings and extra cleans sometimes at short notice, which is super. I’ve had good reviews from customers about the cleanliness which is important for my rating. Thanks.

Tomek and his team at Polished Scot looked after our flat in Edinburgh and were fantastic throughout.Very happy to recommend Tomek as excellent cleaning company but also as property management services.He helped us with everything including electrics and plumbing !

I have used Polished Scot fortnightly during 2022 and have always found the company efficient,polite and helpful in organising my needs. The house is cleaned very well and any special requests are also done cheerily. If my usual cleaner is not available I have always had a very good substitute person sent on the day. I have recommended this company to other people I know.

I highly recommend Polished Scot. I found them online and contacted them about cleaning services for my mum who lives alone with dementia. From the outset, the communication was excellent, with emails responded to promptly and my mum's needs considered. The cleaner was so patient and lovely with my mum. She was trained to understand the needs of someone with my mum's challenges. This was great for mum and gave me the kind of reassurance I needed, as my mum was so vulnerable. The level of services were also exemplary so mum's house was kept clean and comfortable always. Definitely hire Polished Scot if you're thinking about it.

Excellent reliable services and staff very experienced and thorough. After trying many cleaning services over the years we used Polished Scot for the past three years and whilst they might seem slightly more expensive this is because they employ their cleaners as full time employees with benefits. We never had an issue with any clean and they were always helpful and supportive.

I have been using Polished Scot services since I opened my Salon 5 years ago. I have always been impressed by their cleaning as I am very particular about how i want my Salon cleaned and they always deliver, whether it be the weekly clean or a special deep clean.They are very flexible and will accommodate any changes to dates / times etc to fit my Business needs and I highly recommend them. In fact i have recommended them to several clients who are also delighted with the services.

Tomek is quick to respond to any queries and when we need to change cleaning dates, he is always flexible and accommodating. My experience with Polished Scot in West Edinburgh is very good. They are a bit more expensive than other firms, but worth it for the quality and thoroughness of the work. You know that they pay their staff properly also, so you don't feel like you are exploiting anyone. They are always on time and do a thorough job. If you ask them to do something extra to the usual cleaning routine they are prepared to switch it up. If my usual lady who I am very happy with, cannot come along they put someone else in. I would be pleased to recommend them.
