I had to wait 45 min at the drive in grocery collection this afternoon - no idea what was going on. The older gentleman who works that dept though is a credit to the shop, he was so apologetic and helpful.

Convenience store located near the national stadium. Petrol station and mcdonald's within the same boundary. Large parking area. Easy enough to get round store and grab everything I needed. Shop over 2 floors.

went in for a couple of items today and saw a few things on 'promo' that i decided to throw in as well (mockingbird smoothie, fever tree, some crisps). on arriving at till, none of the promo prices registered. unfortunately only one person was staffed to assist with the 20 or so self checkouts and after waiting for several minutes still hadn't been able to get their attention given lots of other customers with issues too (maybe poorly applied pricing for their goods as well?). suggest they sort their labels and staff rota out.

Their treatment was very bad. I bought a television from them, and when I got home it turned out to be broken, and when I returned to the store, it was very difficult to return it. Despite this, this problem was not my problem, and the employee’s behavior was very bad.

Stood in queue at 1 of only 2 manned checkouts. Meanwhile in the self service area nearby there were FIVE workers in Happy to Help vests - 3 of them doing nothing. Why? I do not want to use self service when I have a full trolley. I therefore went to Tesco today where there were 7 manned checkouts.

Went into Asda today and I was met a lovely colleague at the front door who helped me with my sister as she was in a wheelchair and he took her to to my car very helpful and first class service

I always wear my puffer jacket in here and a couple of extra layers. There is roughly a 50/50 chance of getting whacked by one of the staff racing their trollies around the store. This is very a much a ‘staff first’ store. Not a patch on Asda Blantyre.

I use this supermarket mostly for my father who is housebound and over the past few years it's went from ok to pretty abysmal. A few year back they renovated the store which meant each week things were moved randomly for months, very very poorly organised. Now, trying to shop, you have to negotiate empty shelves, packers with loads of stock all over the floors, pallets sitting around and worse of all, the pickers who do the picking for online shoppers are all over the isles and leave their trolleys randomly sitting across isles so you have to either move them yourself of ask them to move them, either way they look at you like you shouldn't be there.Other staff are nice enough, but the whole experience now is like walking into a warehouse where they are filling shelves, why this can't be done during the night before morning is beyond me, surely they can't be busier at night that they are during the day!
