Excellent service, I've got answers on all my detailed questions; because of my luck of knowledge about paint and mould, the gentlemen gave me some very good advice, suggestions, recommendationsVery welcoming and cooperative !

I have been dealing with Johnstones paint for almost 20 yrs . Main account in Newtownards where the staff ther are more than helpful.great craic always greet u with a smile. Couldn't praise them enough. Had to go to bangor shop today . The two guys were most unhelpful the younger of the two pulled a face when I asked him for paint .No thank you . Couldn't care less attitude. I walked ou telling them I would go to ards instead. This has been the case on several visits. But let it go before. I am full time painter who buys quite a lot of paint from Johnstones. Will not b back in bangor shop again. I keep the stow guys in a job. Also heard the same feedback from 2 of my customers about the same shop. David Conn

The girl who served me was amazing! Friendly, smart and knowledgeable, she turned my dread of choosing the type and colour of paint I needed into a really easy peasy, pleasant experience!Couldn't recommend the shop highly enough. Thank youuuuu!

Recently moved house and the female manager couldn’t have been more helpful or knowledgeable about the best products to use to meet our needs

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Consistently rude and unhelpful staff. Would not recommend this place to anyone as they leave untrained staff in charge of the shop and blame the customer when the wrong advice/products have been given. Management could also do with being trained in how to speak to people properly.

Called in today to get paint mixed. Was greeted promptly and pleasantly but was called Sir" and I find that rude and will confess I muttered a comment about hating that. Usually such comments are ignored but the person in Johnstone's asked my name and immediately used it. They mixed the paint I needed
