Grooming Tails

We’ve been taking Millie here for years. She always leaves looking amazing and the girls are very friendly, would definitely recommend.

I find grooming tails very friendly, professional and caring towards the dogs in their care. My cocker spaniel enjoys his experience with the lovely staff at grooming tails I would highly recommend them.

Best groomers around, my is spaniel usually so nervous, we’ve tried 3 other groomers and the results haven’t been great she’s left terrified and isn’t herself for weeks after but at grooming tails she never wants to leave and always looks amazing. The girls are so lovely and polite, such a friendly environment.

Been taking my German Shepard here for three years now and the amazing girls always make her smell and look beautiful. Betsy loves going in and being made a fuss of thank you girls keep up your great work. Highly recommend x

I’ve been bringing my Yorkie/Pom to Grooming tails for over a year. Because It was recommended to me and the reviews were excellent. Initially I was very pleased with the grooming. However, the last few occasions I did feel the groomers didn’t groom him to my specifications and were cutting his long hair too short in places. I did feel I was not being listened to, so drew a diagram on one occasion, to show where I wanted his fur left long.When I went to pick him up from his last groom, weeks ago, I was very upset at the way they had chopped the fur on his rump and round his neck. It looked very unprofessional, and I was quite upset with how it looked.I contacted the owner and told her I was unhappy with the result, and she apologised and agreed to let me bring him along after she came back from her holiday today 7th August, she told me to bring him in for a groom at no expense. I thought this was fair, and agreed. However, I went to collect him and he looked perfect, but I was asked to pay for the groom. I of course refused as it had been discussed prior and had been agreed that I would not pay. I really didn’t want to give a negative review, as they have a good reputation. However, they are often very busy and I think did not really pay attention to instructions on some of these occasions.

Starsky has been coming to Grooming tails for about 3 years now, I will never take him anywhere else. The way he just happily goes in and the love he has for all you girls literally makes my heart smile, not only does he come out smelling gorgeous with the softest fur he comes out with a happy tail and a massive smile on his face. That says it all. Keep up the good work Girlie's not only are you amazing at what you do you are the friendliest yet most professional team us dog owners could ask for ❤️
