Howell Jones have just prepared our joint wills. Serena Welch and Leah were easy to deal with and very friendly. Serena took great care to ensure she understood our requirements and produced draft copies of the wills for our approval. She was happy to subsequently answer a couple of points and then arrange an appointment for us to attend her offices to sign the final version in front of two witnesses from the firm. At this point she again checked the wills correctly interpreted our wishes by going through each clause and explaining the impact of the clause in very helpful, easy to understand, English.
