Worse place to work in to... I had the worse work experience there... I wouldn't recommend to anyone to go to work there.

Work load is okay. Not so much qualified staff so instead of training you get to learn things yourself. Also find out that they are bunch of liers, just because someone is an agency worker, you can lie and sack them like a dog? Do not recommend to go work in there, mainly because of liers and people with messed up intentions.

At the moment i am working as an agency employee. I have to say this is one of the best places i have worked,why i didn't do this earlier!!

The place looks good nothing to worry but the people inside are not only liers but they are rough as well... rasists like them I never see in my life.don t go to work there because you will be sorry...

I have started my journey with Torque in September 2020. Just before the busiest period of the year. After being a part of the team for over three months, I can tell that the atmosphere at work is great. Being busy does not mean that we cannot have a laugh and fun whilst working. I have loads of support from my colleagues and from senior management too. Getting into my role and familiarisation with the site was painless process. There are areas that are in need of an improvement, as always, as everywhere. Based on my experience so far, I am sure that Torque could be an employer of choice for many of those who are looking for a permanent and secure place to work. The work-life balance has improved significantly and there are opportunities of self-development in multiple ways.
