3 young ladies behind the counter far too busy with talking to each other.When I asked for the Hibiskus ice tea one of the ladies looked at me with big eyes, asking me if I really want the plain tea and nothing else?! The tea cost £4,25 and I gave £6! It took two ladies to do the math. A couple of Tables were dirty, empty cups etcPlease make sure to train the people properly and don’t let them alone if they’re not able to provide a proper service to the customers! The prices are not cheap and then I can expect a professional service and a clean store!

Starbucks have never produced a bad coffee in my opinion. The Caramel Macchiato is must have! If sweet isn't your thing, then a flat white is not a bad second choice.

Although Lativa had a little attitude when she served me first.I asked for a recommendation of a hot chocolate. And she gave me her own signature hot chocolate, which was amazing; White chocolate and toffee.If she was a bit more friendly to start with it would have been better.Overall a nice experience, however.

Lovely environment and by far one of the best services around! One of the ladies in there who served me delivered amazing service. She even asked if my coffee was hot enough! Not had any service like this in ANY other Starbucks! 5 stars would recommend!

I enjoy stopping by throughout, the Ladies and Gents are aye positive, never complain, being focused and chummy, Meals are yummy and overall the Starbucks Branch is thumbs up, similar to London, for instance, I can't fault them at all and I never will be anyway. Tried the tiktok famous drinks today and they were great. However, it was disappointing as they did not have the mango juice for the “sunset kiss drink” and the sweet foam for iced white mocha with sweet foam and extra caramel drizzle. The drinks were made with available substitute and still tasted great. Excellent staff:) thanks

We ordered the Iced Matcha Green Tea and the Strawberry Açaí. Both drinks were delicious. Loved the personal message written on the bag. Made me smile and cheered me up. Delivery on time. Polite and friendly driver.
