We wanted to buy a house at this location as local residents in Reading, but we were told that they opened to overseas buyers and all houses sold out in 3 days leaving Reading residents with no chance to buy one even paying at the inflated prices driven by such practices. So much for Russian oligarchs and similar inundating and driving prices in the UK only to rent out or have them empty as summer houses. What a disgrace.

Really nicely done development and the balconies look really nice too. The balcony contrast with the brick makes the building look really neat.
