I just wanted to acknowledge how thoughtfully packaged my parcel was - I appreciate the use of recyclable materials and I especially noted how carefully protected things were. It’s lovely to shop from small businesses but it’s always a gamble the first time when you place an order and know your parcel has some distance to travel - thank you for doing your utmost to ensure it arrived in as good a state as if I’d been able to pop to Ledbury myself. I will certainly order from you again.

The curtains are beautiful, practical, cosy and keep the lounge nice and warm.The attention to detail and the workmanship are on a level I would not have been able to match, so glad I had them done by Tinsmiths.Every stitch is beautifully executed.I highly recommend having your made to measure curtains done at Tinsmiths.They clearly love their craft and art, I will revel in the finished product for years to come.

Finally on Thursday this week I visited this lovely shop. I have bough various things over the years ,principally light fittings and always wanted to come to the store.Such a lovely independent store. I bought some things for my home and a new rug for the holiday let I run.Thank you janet

Bought a wonderful white willow laundry basket. Extremely well made and very quickly delivered. I’m delighted with it as it was exactly what I was looking for. Good size, a lovely cream colour and sturdy too.

Such a fabulous shop, filled with appealing things. It lives up admirably to William Morris's famous dictum, 'have nothing in your house that you do not know to be beautiful or believe to be useful'. Friendly and informative service.

Beautiful bespoke blinds which work perfectly, so glad that we decided to go with Tinsmiths. Worth the wait!

A wonderful range of reasonably priced fabrics, and I am really pleased with the handmade curtains that I have received. They are beautifully made with a real attention to detail and reasonably priced.

Highly recommended: I’d been to Tinsmiths a number of times while on holiday. The shop is wonderful. This was my first attempt at long distance curtain ordering. They could not have been more helpful and patient and we had to deal with postal strikes lost samples and other frustrations.They guided me through various fabric options for colour and weight. I am delighted with the curtains, well made, excellent hanging and care instructions. People answer phones, reply to emails and were just perfect to deal with.Cost: no one else could supply exactly what I wanted so I have no comparison.Kept to a timeline too which these days is unusual.Thanks Tinsmiths - too marks!
