After experiencing some rather absent estate agents previously, Russen & Hill exceeded our expectations when it came to selling our house, taking into account our needs for simple viewings, arranging one afternoon of block appointments to limit our impact was very appreciated. Throughout the rest if the process they always kept us well up to date, and dealt with our regular questions and requests. Would highly recommend!

Great service from everyone at Russen & Hill and especially both Jacks.Everyone was friendly and professional, never hassling me throughout the process, but keeping me informed with feedback on viewings and progress.I picked a tough time to sell just before the disastrous mini budget, but the team still found me plenty of viewings and offers.I think they know the areas they work in better than other agents, and offered the best value for money in terms of valuation and commission.

Jack, Hannah and Rachel were so helpful and guided us through every step of the way. We did get quite stressed during the process but the staff here went above and beyond to help and reassure us. Fantastic service and transparency at all times. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a estate agency.

I absolute love everyone at Russen & Hill. They’ve been there for us so much. Even situations that weren’t benefiting them, they gave us advice. So selfless and an amazing company to work with. Little Jack & Big Jack are a couple of legends and will go above and beyond. Hannah Marie - her little voice on the phone makes my heart melt! She’s incredible. Owner Steve has been great too.
