Thank you so much for what you did for Lev . The last months of his life he was in your care and the best care we could not expect anywhere else. Thank you all - the management, sisters, carers, cleaners, all the staff. Special gratitude to your glorious chef and to Beata and Lyuba, who were talking to him when we were not around. During the summer of 2018 a relative spent some weeks at Garside House. We were struck by the friendly yet professional attitude of all the staff. All his visitors commented on the excellent standard of care. During his short stay the staff made a real effort to get to know him . Everything was done for his comfort during his last difficult weeks.The Manageress was very supportive , the staff amazingly cheerful and helpful. We felt we had been very lucky that he was so well looked after.

Some staff are excellent...but since it went from N.H.S to a private company called sanctuary ..everything has gone t o the dogs...staff are leaving in droves...management right down...and patients food is pants.

The worst manager i ve ever seen. Rude and too much paper work. Thats why nurses and carers are leaving. We dont have time to spend with the residents and we also no time to eat and drink and keep our self hydrated.
