La Pooch Parlour

Luna always comes back looking great! I've had a few bad experiences with groomers but Alex has been brilliant, Luna seems really comfortable going in and I'm always happy with the result.

A very quick service but not at the expense of quality... My poochie was treated to a bath and much needed trim and he looks glam! I met two doggies waiting, one on arrival and another on collection and they looked lovely also! Thank you Becky.Warren & Charlie Dog XxX

I came here to get my dogs nails clipped ..thought they seemed quite nice abd value for money .Arrived and approach seemed welcoming and positiveDog is a very expensive and a much loved pup ..was a little scared due to its first experienceHowever .. she had clipped my dogs nail way to far in which he squealed. I was also assisting which I shouldn't of had too ...as this is her job .Without paying any notice continued to clip the others..only to leave the parlour and my pup is bleeding severely .Hence ..went back in as hadn't reached the car a few steps away from the store .Surprisingly...she had stated That she doesn't know how that happened as he seemed fine when he left ? What !!!!!!She clipped his nails and it was his nail that was apparently clipped too far that was bleeding. How eles was that too happen!!She applied some cream to stop it ..however he was still bleeding all the way home.He squealed when she cut it too far .. No notice .. He bled and then she was surprised as how that happened!!Never visiting this place again !!!

Took puppy for first groom staff are amazing and make customer feel safe leaving pet with them, Ella done an amazing job will be booking again

First time visiting La Pooch parlour last week with my cockapoo very impressed staff were lovely too.

My doggy has passed away now, but this was the only groomers where she wasn't stressed when I picked her up! She had some heart problems and they were always so gentle with her and understanding.She looked amazing every single time & I never felt bad dropping her off here. If I were to get another dog, I would bring them here in a heart beat!

Lovely girls and even let me stay with my shy dog that doesn't like other dogs. The dogs were separated and well looked after. Will be returning
