Plenty of stock and polite staff, great local shop

Some great varietys of food but the prices have sky rocketed too a point where I can't afford my shopping from Iceland anymore. aldis or lidle are cheaper but less variety

Never usually have a problem however I was due to have my delivery Sunday we had a tiny bit of snow and it was cancelled until Monday and now I have been told I'm not getting it today either it might be tomorrow. Customer service was no help they kept saying they would ring back which they never did i had no email to let me know what was going on and I it was only after requesting to speak with a manager I was given any information and he said it could still change. Clueless wouldn't order online again

Great shop, but very busy with only 2 serving so long wait to get served, also very messy in there with all the large crates in the way.

Great place for all your frozen goods. Great bargains if you have a bonus card....free delivery instore £20 spend, and money off certsin items. Fab!!

Shopped at Iceland Blackwood today! Disgusting!!!!!! Young girl on the till was rushed off her feet, massive queue as usual but she was doing her best! 2 members of staff stood beside her talking, even though massive queue!! It’s like they couldn’t be bothered and couldn’t give a damn, terrible customer service!!! One member of staff had blue hair then other person had a pony tail! The next thing the lady with the pony tail asked the girl when she had 5 minutes to do the baskets. As I mentioned the young girl was rushed off her feet serving customers with only 1till open. Everybody in the queue was disgusted how she asked the young girl to do the baskets, do it yourself came to mind! I thought it was very inappropriate of the member of staff was and thought how lazy she was! Will think twice about shopping there again! But we’ll done to the young girl working on the till!
