I've been a patient at Ice Dental Spa for a few years now. I've never received anything other than exceptional service - from the caring and understanding (and easily contactable!) reception team, to the dental nurses, dentists and wider team. My dentist (Diana) has looked after me exceptionally well and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, or James Anderson Ice Dental Spa to any prospective patients. The calming atmosphere immediately puts you at your ease and all treatments I have experienced have been unhurried, fully explained and with great follow up care.

Today was my first trip to this practice. Greeted initially by the lovely reception ladies and then on to meet the excellent Diana and her lovely assistant Nicole. The amount of information provided was excellent and easy to understand which is something that I'd never experienced before. I have had all my options explained to me and there was no pressure throughout the appointment to sign up to expensive treatment plans. A great first experience. Thank you

On arrival I was welcomed by two very pleasant young ladies at the Reception desk.There was no waiting for my scheduled appointment. I received professional, friendly treatment from James, Kerry and Holly.No one truly enjoys a visit to the dentist but it doesn’t get any better than this!Thank you!

I have been using this practice for a few years now and have never had a problem with any visit. The reception staff are always welcoming, the hygienist is always friendly and Jim is excellent.If I have needed an appointment as I have developed a problem I have always been seen.The clinics and reception are clean and tidy and parking has never been a problem.Highly recommend.

What a fabulous denist! I visited today for a check up and although a little nervous I found everybody really friendly, professional and the environment spotless. James has a very calm and reassuring manner and I felt instantly at ease. I almost forgot I was at the Dentist - a great first experience and I have no worries in returning for future treatment. Great experience, everyone I met was very upbeat and friendly. Whole team seem really lovely. Had appointment with Diana who was very professional, explained everything and I left feeling like I’d had a thorough consultation, which I’ve never had before. The actual room was spotless and the place seems to be well cared for. Have recommended to family already! Thank you and see you again for my next appointment!
