Intentional Fitness
Sam has been an exceptional personal trainer and has helped me move towards my goals faster than I thought possible. She is an incredible motivator and makes sure you see the progress that you are making every step of the way. I feel better in the way I look and the strength that I have built. I looking forward to each session, knowing that I will feel energized afterwards. I highly recommend training with Sam, whether you are a beginner (like me) or would like to refine your work out routine.

I have MS and struggle to maintain fitness due to fatigue, neuropathic pain, and mobility issues. Having started training with Sam around 2-3 months ago I have improved fatigue levels, I feel stronger and I'm coping better with pain.Sam is super positive and supportive, she encourages me to do a little more every week with a program tailored to my abilities, but I never feel under pressure to push myself too far.I would recommend Sam 100%, she's made a massive difference to how I feel about myself, physically and mentally!

I’ve trained with Sam, mainly focusing on my boxing for just under a year. Can’t rate her highly enough- Ive literally found my jam with boxing and the way she teaches it is amazing- I love it!. For that hour I can switch off from world and being peri- it’s also amazing brain exercise! . She knows what she’s talking about and always has helpful nutritional advice at the ready. Also, she has taken onboard a serious back injury as part of my training so feel safe with her.

I worked with Sam for 6 weeks whilst staying in Brighton to be near my family. I can genuinely say she is the best PT I've worked with. I wanted to get stronger and leaner in a healthy way, and even though I only worked with her for a short time, I could really see the difference by the end. Sam helped me a lot with alignment and puts a lot of time into you doing the training correctly before the weight goes up. I know it sounds an obvious thing to to do, but not all PTs are as knowledgable as she is, or pay as much care and attention. She really knows her stuff about all aspects of training, nutrition, strength, female bodies etc. She gave me a plan at the end of our time together which I'm now doing myself. If I was in Brighton for longer I would have continued working with her and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to get fit and build strength. She holds you accountable and pushes you, but in a safe and kind way!

I've been working with Sam as my PT for 6 weeks now and she's had a tremendous impact on my fitness. she posses incredible knowledge and tailors it to your specific needs. she's motivated which in turn motivates you, to push way past your comfort zone.Improving my fitness has had a knock on effect on other aspects of my life, I'm stronger physically and mentally. I can't recommend Sam enough, looking forward to booking in more sessions with her in future!

Sam has been incredible at getting me started on my fitness journey. At 41 with fibromyalgia, and having never done any exercise apart from walking, I was very nervous about taking that first step. Sam has tailored a special program which pushes me but not too much to cause days of exhaustion. There's a lot of communication about how I'm feeling to make sure the level of activity is just right. I'm only 12 weeks in but can feel muscle building in the key places to make me stronger. I couldn't be in better hands!

Sam’s a great coach, easily. We’ve done a bunch of boxing sessions and I’ve also had some long chats with her about diet and lifting etc. She’s one of those people that’s really tuned into the science behind everything and makes thoughtful, informed decisions rather than following gimmicky fads that don’t get you any progress. On top of that, she’s easy to get along with so the sessions are fun and you kind of forget how out of breath you are.
