Service is excellent in this store, and the staff are friendly, they will ensure click and collect orders are ready and waiting to be picked up which is fantastic even during busier times.

Great set of guys at this store. Travel all over the country for work often using different branches and I always look forward to coming back to my local. Always helpful if your not sure about a product. Always seem to have a decent stock of items. Things take abit longer recently but it's understandable all things considered.

Duty Manager Michael did an amazing job this morning when I needed my faulty Makita sander replaced. I couldn’t have asked for better service, he went above and beyond to ensure the situation was resolved. 10/10 the man deserves some corporate appreciation!

Simple process looked online checked if stock available called into premises staff very helpful took care of my order in minutes good prices store updated with computers for customers to order,not the best when you're in a hurry

The staff are fantastically helpful and easy to get along with. Reasonable parking. Would definitely use again. Well stocked and good social distancing arrangements. Very competitive prices.

Young man with with an unusual name was very friendly and polite. He gave good advice on the correct adhesive to use. He even put the bag of floor adhesive in my car for me so I wouldn't get dusty.

Ordered drill bits, got offered the 100mm hex drill bit and then was told that if its a 150mm 6.5 masonry drill bit it will be a 100mm on the package, and the overall length is 150mm and will say 100mm on the package lol, had to get a tape measure and prove that they were wrong, screw fix u need to get your codes right or train your staff and supply a tape measure so they don't look stupid, if it says 150mm on the package it is 150mm, not 100mm.lol.
