I’m very happy with the work these guys have carried out on my house after huge flood damage to several rooms. Their quote was very competitive, the work started on schedule and the team were polite and respectful of my home ensuring everywhere was left clean and tidy at the end of the working day. Social distancing was always observed. I was concerned I’d feel stressed having workmen in my home but everyone just got on with the job, worked extremely hard and it was a pleasure to have them around.I can’t rate this company highly enough and would recommend them to anyone needing building work to be carried out by a professional company. Tom and the team are first class.

Fantastic company- highly recommended and very respectful. they took care of the Archetict drawings, planning permission and kept me fully updated. They turned up every day on the build, I understood fully what stage we were at.I had a baby just as the build began- and his team were nothing but respectful and professional with me at all times. We had no issues at all. Would recommend to everyone!!! We love our loft conversion!! Thank you Tom and team!!!

Have had a rep from Thomas Percy come to provide me with a quote for simple work. The company have failed to contact me to give me a price. When I ring it goes to answer phone. Such a waste of both of our time!

Just had this company out for a garage conversion, price was very competitive and Adrian was punctual and very profesional. Even with a change mid build they did everything I asked. 100% would get them back again for any further work, also worth noting that the workmen are very polite and helpful when I asked many questions haha.
