Absolutely terrible impossible get appointment and now when calling if line is busy the call ends doesn't hold will be leave useless .....

Fed up 40 in the que and my work duties dont allow me to wait that long.. this is frustrating the level of compassion is 0% now I no these guys are so busy but this is every time I need to be seen. Makes one very angry..

Getting an appointment is ridiculous. I went to the Clinic and was met by a notice board telling me I need to call to make an appointment. So I did this I was No 43 in the que, when I got an answer there were no more appointments Available today. After being strict to them on the phone I eventually got an appointment for felixstowe hospital for tomorrow.Its ridiculous that Ravenswood medical practice doesn't want to see me at All.
