My dog has an abnormal lump. Within 30 minutes I was speaking on a live video chat to Emma. Told not to worry to much, keep a close check on it for the next week or 2 to see if it settles down. Any problems take it to the vet. All free of charge under my insurance. Excellent service.

I had a great experience with Dr Lucinda! She was very attentive, heard our concerns, guided us to do a physical examination of our baby Pancho and provided all the guidance we needed for us to look after him. It was amazing to be able to count on a great professional after hours and included in my Napo Insurance. I strongly recommend FirstVet!

Very friendly and polite but advice given not really suitable for me. She advised me to get taxi to emergency vet but that is not affordable for me. I am a pensioner and last time I did this, it cost me nearly £300. However, will be going to my own vet tomorrow.

First time ever using this service and would highly recommend it. Was given a lot of information and advice. So keeping my fingers crossed that my dog doesn’t need to visit the vet personally as he doesn’t like them

Absolutely superb, this was my first experience using the service and apart from a few minor technical issues ( entirely my end)! It was perfect. I was able to book easily, the appointment was minutes after the booking, it was prompt. The Vet was very helpful, led me through a history and physical examination of my puppy with a very upset tummy. She put my mind at rest, gave excellent advice, emailed a summary of the consultation and the all important information for when to panic!!

As I would imagine most people will do, I contacted FirstVet UK in an 'out of hours emergency'. The initial logging in process was a bit confusing, especially when I got the text message reminder a few minutes before the appointment. I was panicking as I couldn't log on, luckily the vet called me anyway. From to start to finish she was very professional, sympathetic and re-assuring. She encouraged us to ask questions and gave helpful useful advice. I felt we had a very meaningful 10 minute appointment and was confident about the feedback we had. Shortly after the appointment was over I received an email confirming everything that had been discussed, suggesting products to try and offering DIY/homeopathic alternatives. As a stop gap or first point of call I can heartily recommend this service. They were absolutely clear that if things don't improve, and indicated warning signs which we should watch out for, that we must then contact our regular vet for an emergency face to face appointment without delay.

First time using First Vet included with our insurance policy. Our pup has had an extremely upset stomach today and hasn’t been her usual self, our vets had closed for the day and I was starting to panic. The vet Louise was really really kind and helpful with the examination steps. She provided really good advice and recommendations and really put my mind at rest that at the moment our dog is still alright to treat at home . Hoping our pup is able to recover with the symptomatic treatment options provided. Thanks again from us and Prue ❤️
