I bought a 2010 Qashqai from Car Solutions Northampton a few months ago. I've always worried that buying a used car can be risky but not so with these guys. The car has been faultless, was well prepared, with warranty included. They delivered the car to me free of charge and were very thorough with their checks. Also, the price was very competitive. I would recommend and buy from them again!

Went to look at a fiat they had, quite a few things wrong with the car that I could see and I’m not car savvy unlike my boyfriend who came with me. Offered them a decent price for all we’d have to do with it but no movement and quite a rude guy on the phone. Guy in the shop was nice enough but wouldn’t come back.

Nice enough guys on the phone and face to face when buying the car, but disappointed with the after sales backup. Car developed a fault and they didn’t want to know basically. Also, the original listing said the car would have an oil and filter change prior to collecting. The car hasn’t had an oil change in quite a while!

I had good experience! I bought an 05 Polo a few months ago. I test drove the car and inspected it before purchase. It had a few age related marks but was in good working condition with a near complete service history. A gem of a car have had to do some maintenance due to age but nothing unexpected.
