The dental hygienist considers it fair practice to keep your deposit when you have to cancel on the day because you have COVID. Perhaps he would rather you attend?

I have been going here for as long as I can remember,so does my wife,my daughter,and my grandchildren.Always had great service and we have no complaints.Polite reception and good quality dentistry.Always get a reminder when my appointment is due.Overall : small quaint practice with good service .

Having been a patient here for getting on 18 years at first I was affluent and paid for everything, no problem. Pam was my dentist and a pleasure to meet, every time. However, following a pretty bad car accident I was unable to work and many mental health issues rose to the surface. 36 tablets a day keep things ticking along but I do suffer. Oh, now I qualify for free dental treatment. My 'new' dentist was not so warming and constantly avoided doing work I asked for. I missed 2 appointments in the last 12 months, all because my memory is not good, apologetic I called to rearrange only to be told my 'dentist' had at that moment stated she no longer wished to treat me and that I was effectively, kicked out! If every medical provider had this attitude toward mental health, we'd be in a right old pickle. I wish Pam was still there, she treated me with respect and kindness, not like it is now. Totally degraded and made to feel very isolated.My name? Of course j Yorke. Absolutely disgusted.
