A very well stocked store. The different areas are clearly labelled, and the shelves are well spaced. Staff members are helpful. As the store is situated on the retail park there is plenty of parking. Other outlets are close by, but there are no coffee chains on the site

Made a 40 minute round trip to find the store had nothing I needed. The materials selection is poor. The real treat was as I was leaving, having clipped an obnoxiously alarmed barrier on my exit, one more senior member of the team visibly shook his head at me, then I was ignored (twice) by another as I attempted to apologise for the very honest mistake. Incredibly rude.

Store had tiny bulbs I wanted for a multi bulb table display. No one els seemed to stock them. So I was pleased. But. Ifound them a bit overpriced. . Twelve pounds for 8 tiny bulbs. Usually a lot cheaper at other shops when they have them. But as I say still pleased they had them in stock.

We had an appointment with a kitchen designer and they were great. They helped us style and lay out the space and then itemise everything needed to calculate the total price which was very affordable

I went to purchase a bathroom vanity unit today. Found just what i wanted at a good price was helped by Jack on bathroom department. A lovely young guy great customer service skills and very knowledgeable. Thanks again Jack.

Is a good store staff usually are pretty good only had one issue with a member of staffs rudeness but it was late at night and I think they were wanting to go home after a long shift.B&Q have some good app deals which is also on trade point but the click and collect options need to be improved drastically seeing it’s rather difficult to find stock when a product is selling fast.

Stock levels are terrible. Constantly have to drive 15 miles to the next nearest store in order to collect items.

Scammed by B&Q verified sellersI have been scammed by B&Q verified sellers, I bought TV unit through B&Q website and I have realized that it comes from one of their verified sellers who is actually selling them on Amazon for almost half price. B&Q customer service is the worst CS I have ever dealt with, they are not trained, have no information and not showing any intention to help you. I was unable to hear or talk to them in one instance because of the the other people in the background sounding like the person was talking from a bar with people laughing madly and talking very loud in the backgroundLong story short the seller didn't accept to make a price match and replied with stupid answers that sometimes websites have glitches and the prices can look cheaper which is 100% a lie as the price was the same for at least 1 month on Amazon and still half price till nowB&Q did not take any responsibility or offer any help and said to speak to the seller who of course didn't do anything and seems they just play the role of intermediates to take a commission of sales with no responsibilities towards the customerTook the decision not to buy anything again from those scammers

Older style B&Q which is in need of a little modernising. Service is good and selection of products for home and garden large with reasonable prices.
