Wonderful cortardo. Rich, darkly baked brown bread crusts, dark chocolate and very full bodied. Coffee this good requires real skill to make.

Great coffee, great food , lovely friendly service from the manager and young staff and a wonderfully laid back relaxed vibe , why are all cafes not like the Batchen? a breakfast naan with bacon and egg and a fab flat white x 2 , excellent place for a light lunch when in Elgin

Batchen Street Coffee
Batchen Street Coffee Shop is my absolute go-to café in Elgin!They have the BEST coffee & the chicken, tomato, avocado & siracha mayo toastie is sooo tasty!! The cakes aren't too bad either ;)The service is always amazing - the team are brilliant & really look after you when you visit. I can't recommend it enough.

Fantastic coffee establishment soon to be rosters where the owner is exceptionally knowledgeable about coffee, very friendly place with lovely cakes to accompany your pour-over coffee
