Definitely NOT recommend. Sadly instructed them to conduct bat survey - without even looking at the house, they already decided that a further survey may be required and then decided that one would be needed based on spurious observations - they charge each time they come out and made ludicrous recommendations As they said - 'WE ARE A BUSINESS'. Yes that is operative; if you want to waste your money this is the way to go. In my opinion they look at you, decide how much they can take and will quickly deplete your hard earned cash. This is an unregulated market so please be careful.
