It is when you move from one Letting Agency to another that you notice the difference in higher levels of attitude and professional competency.In my experience Lanarkshire Letting and Sales has this, in my view, in spades. They are easy to work with and always keep me up to date by flagging up-coming legislative requirements, repairs or maintenance needs that may arise. What more do you need?

Lanarkshire Lettings have managed 6 properties for me for 8 years and have recently sold 2. Their service is excellent, new tenants are sourced with minimum delay, properties are well maintained and their communications are very prompt and professional. They are nice, friendly people too!They found buyers for the two properties very quickly and I was amazed by the high sale prices they achieved.I would strongly recommend their services to all landlords and property sellers.

If there were a no star option I would choose that. This is THE WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to be involved with. They literally couldn't care less about their tenants and ignored emails, phone calls etc from family member who was left in a freezing, damp, mould ridden house with no help whatsoever. They did absolutely nothing to help and also took most of the deposit for minute repairs. Do yourself a favour and save yourself a lot of grief by avoiding this company.

As a portfolio Landlord, I have now used Lanarkshire Letting and Sales several times for the full range of Letting services (tenant find only/full-management/referencing and compliance reports) as well as property sales. The service is very friendly, and efficient, and the quality of their marketing materials - photos and videos is excellent; their price is competative, and on every occasion, my properties have turned around very quickly, (important for a landlord) and with excellent tenants. Their key strength is the local, family nature of their business, which I have found makes them more easy to deal with than the 'big corporates' when you need something a bit more unusual or challenging. Feedback from my tenants has also been very positive. All round a very friendly, efficient and professional service.

The folks at LLS have been our go to for years, we've had a number of rentals managed from cradle to grave without anymore than a phone call or two. 9 years on and you still get the care and attention as if you were a new client with an abundance of new properties on offer. Every time we use LLS to handle any of our property sales, its gone to a closing date - just perfect.

Accidentally mate an overpayment in my rent of £500 and they have withheld it for weeks. I’m moving out this month so the last rent payment was supposed to be pro rata.The reason given for withholding my money was that if I don’t return the keys when I move out this month it will cost them money to pursue me legally.It’s completely unethical to hold a customers money to ransom to cover your financial risks as a business.I’ve made every rent payment on time for 2 and a half years and this is their response.Avoid this company.

I can but highly recommend Lanarkshire Letting. Professional and friendly. Always available to answer any questions. What I loved about them predominantly is they source rentals that fit the individual. Information and details, terms and conditions given freely with no hidden agenda. A refreshing change. Thank you for getting us a lovely property.
