Friendly atmosphere, nice ladies but the hygiene is so bad!!! I’m not happy at all! Worst pedicure and manicure ever!

I had my nail done there on Saturday today less than a week ago and I don't have nail polish anymore. after two days the nail polish started to come off. it was gel nail polish, it should last at least 15 days, I've never seen that before

Fell in love with the facial service by Jaspreet. Very relaxing. She adjusted the massage pressure to match my skin sensitivity which I totally appreciate.

Unhygienic. Unsafe. Under staffed. She was doing my feet, then did not clean her hands and she answered the phone, took payment of another customer. Never go again. You don't know where their hands have been.In reply to your response: the lady spent 1hr 20mins on me because she was understaffed and attended a double booking first and left me to soak my feet for half an hour! Using the same towel and gloves from beginning to end is not hygienic and shaking the towel out and turning it around to use again and again is not clean. Even your lady agreed she wouldn't do this to her own feet when I asked her to change the towel and gloves. And don't worry about not serving me, I will not be coming again.

Came here Wednesday 26th October 2022 to have my eyebrows threaded and tinted and have eyelash extensions for a wedding to which I was attending on the Friday. They came out beautifully, however most of the eyelashes had come off by Thursday evening which meant they were completely ruined and too late to fix in time for the wedding which really disappointed me as I paid £25 for them

Get my waxing done from here since past 1 year now! All the staff are friendly n very professional! Very clean premises n staff makes sure u feel comfortable! Great value for money services!

I have been slow posting this. It was my first time there, I had a pedicure a couple of weeks ago and it was lovely the the girl was nice and gentle with me and informative on the 'health' of my feet. It was very clean and tidy. I had a lovely relaxing time there. I will definitely be returning, it's was great! I was so happy with my pedicure, my feet were too!!

What a wonderful Saturday for me I must say. This was my first time at Rose beauty and I was taken care by a lady named Jazz. She did a wonderful full body massage, it was very relaxing which was indeed my intention. Post this I had deep cleansing for my face, she did that too very well. I could see my face glowing. I also had my manicure done and she was so attentive while doing which shows the professionalism. Last but not the least, she and the others at Rose Beauty were so lovely and welcoming that I would want to go again and again. Thank you so much for treating me so well.

Would not recommend for waxing. I spent £63 (which I was forced to pay in cash) and had to go home and spend and hour removing wax and using the epilator to get the results I wanted.
