We reached out to 1SW events to be the decor provider for our outdoor home wedding after seeing their work and previous weddings. We had very specific requirements and initially, weren't sure if anyone could deliver what we needed because we wanted something different, intimate, small yet impactful.From the moment we began working with Timmy, she made an effort to understand what we wanted, what made us a couple and helped create a vision that encompassed our personalities, not as a business but as somebody who genuinely wanted us to be happy. Working with Timmy did not feel like a transactional service, she showed genuine care towards us and passion towards our wedding.Leading up to the wedding, Timmy continued to deliver beyond our expectations and we had complete trust in Timmy to deliver our vision without any doubt. She ensured our end goal was captured even if that meant numerous phone calls, site visits, messages and meetings. She made us feel like we were a priority and was never too busy for us.On the day, the wedding and reception decor was immaculate and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Words cannot describe how Timmy had so effortlessly put together something that was so personal and intimate to us as a couple but met all of our expectations and more. Timmy had created exactly what we wanted and turned our visions into a reality and she has made our wedding that much more memorable and special. The way she had drawn out what we wanted so easily and understood it would make it seem like she had known us for years.We can’t thank Timmy and Sohail enough for not just providing bespoke wedding decor, professional service but for being beautiful human beings.

One week on from our wedding and our guests cannot stop looking at the pictures. Everything about the decor was amazing. Planning this wedding in just short of four months was a challenge, but it was made so much easier with the support the 1SW team. They listened to our ideas, and made them truly come to life. They are excellent at what they do, and were there to support us every step of the way. They even went above and beyond, working with our venue to set up the day before on their own accord, to ensure that our day ran as smoothly as possible. Timmy and her entire team were impeccable from start to finish! They went over and above for our wedding. We gave them a handful of photos of a wedding that we had liked; and not only did they stick to that brief, but they also elevated it! We had a ceremony outdoors- and the archway and steps flowers were unreal! I felt like I was in a magical garden, in a world they had created! For our reception, they created a magical Forrest/Tulum vibe, and so many guests complimented us afterwards, and were taking photos of the event. The team was dedicated, creative and responsive! No notes! You were all exceptional! Thank you so much.

I was really excited at the prospect of working with 1SW following their great reviews online and recommendations however my process with them has been extremely disappointing. I had an initial consultation call with a member of their team and nearly two months later was still awaiting my package quote. I reached out multiple times to ask why the lack of quote and communication and they apologised and said they would like a follow up call to discuss further. Each time I agreed however no follow up call was provided. I am extremely disappointed at the poor level of service and communication considering I was very keen to work with them as my first choice decor supplier for my wedding day. As a result i have gone with a different company who has provided exceptional service and makes me feel, as a customer, extremely valued which 1SW did not - which is very disappointing. It says a lot about a company if they are not communicating with their prospective client at an early stage of wedding planning and this did not give me confidence that if I chose them, they would communicate effectively as i grew closer to my special day. I really hope that they address this in the future and ensure that all future customers are given the high standard of service that one would expect from such a reputable company.

After speaking to many vendors for our Hindu wedding decor- there was no doubt we’d be going with 1SW. Timmy was amazing. We received so many compliments on the uniqueness of our bespoke rose gold mandap and the colour scheme matched us perfectly! Timmy was amazing throughout the whole process, very professional and easy going. Thank you for executing everything so perfectly for our day!

A huge thank you to Sohail at 1SW for managing the decor for our civil ceremony and reception. Whilst I do appreciate that the pricing can be a bit steep comparative to some other providers, you can guarantee the quality will be there. From our initial meeting with Sohail, to the site visit and final day, we had great communication with him and felt extremely comfortable. His enthusiasm is infectious. We had a lot of flexibility from the team even when our outdoor event got moved indoors and into what was a rather drab room at the last minute, 1SW made it look incredible. Timmy was a tremendous help to us during our wedding planning process! She worked within our budget and still made our event a dream come true. Timmy and the team did the decor for my wedding reception. It was a pleasure working with Timmy as she managed to capture my vision perfectly.
