Frappe Shake & Grill

For the 1st and last time. Not going there any more. They priorities their own people and some staff from newham council and they can just jump on to the queue anytime and get their food first. I went there to see the opening offers which was advertised 50% off on everything. But it was all lie. They cheated with everyone by creating a different overpriced menu so even after the discount its a good price. I have added that menu on my review which is with white background. Then i have ordered half chicken and they asked me to come back after 20 minutes as it was take away order. After 30 minutes when i was back they told me they forgot to place my order and there was no chicken left so i need to wait. After another 30 minutes i received my order.Food: I ordered peri peri half chicken hot flavour and wings when i came back home and opened the pack it was bad. As they didn't even looked at the order and gave me plain chicken you can see the picture. And the wings was half done and bitter on some parts as they are burnt. Chicken have no salt or any taste proper waste of money. As you can see the picture.You really need to improve the qualityWe are not going there to have free food. You guys invited us to try your food. You should have make sure to give the correct food.

Good food in budget, Kids enjoyed as well. Also tried their Macha frappe very refreshing.

First of all I start off walking into the place and there is hardly space which is already taken up by the big families. I wait like around 10-20 minutes alone just to order and then when I finally get to order I end up finding out that all the cool stuff they were advertising 50% off turns out they don’t have any of that stuff (such as the burgers and milkshakes) so false advertising nice job. I ask them if they will have that stuff the next day, and the guy says they won’t have that stuff for the next 3 days (the days of the promotion) which essentially means they advertised that stuff to grab as many people as possible but end up being a lie. Anyways so I end up looking and what’s available and I notice that the prices were ridiculous considering being opened in a poor area. 2 lamb chops and a piece of naan original price £6, I’m still hurt after paying half price for that. Once I order everything I end up waiting a while for my food and I noticed people who ordered food after me and grill platters actually somehow get their food before me. I then bring it to their attention politely if they could be quicker with my food since I need to go to work. The guy told me 2 minutes at least 3 times in the span of 15 minutes. So I end up getting my food and rushing home and my bag rips which is okay I just have to carry the food home even though they should get a stronger bag. I am left literally no time to actually sit down and enjoy my food so I’m having to rush everything in my mouth. I was absolutely frustrated by the quality of the food. The pani puri has basically no sauce to put in my crackers. The “lamb chops” that are ridiculously expensive were so tough I had visciously gnaw through the chops with no meat on them which I could have sworn was mutton meat not lamb, I’m not too sure though. I’m not a big fan of Haleem but I was left no choice considering everything else with ridiculously expensive, that was by far the worst Haleem I have tried in my life. The chicken biriyani was okay, nothing special about it and the naan too. If you value your money and food standards I would recommend going to Kebabish grill which is 5 minutes away from this place.

My experience here was a joke. The wait for my food was excessively long, and it felt like some customers were prioritised over others. Improvement is needed

I visited this place for a light lunch. The chips were golden, crispy and tasted nicely with per peri sauce. The passion fruit bubble tea was nice and the passion fruit flavour was quite subtle. The ambience is decent. The service could be improved by taking the order at the table. The place was not busy. Also a more coherent bubble tea menu would be helpful.

Unfortunately, the place wasn't average standard. The chicken doner burger had like 9 counted small pieces of doner inside mixed with salad, sauce. The chicken pitta bread was like 3 times bigger then the small piece of chicken inside. Their sauces are not rightly flavored or spiced. I also had to go back to the restaurant explaining the missing item on receipt highlighted. After long dispute with all the staff one person saw sense and agreed on the missing items. Very misleading place. It's called Frappe Shakes & Grill but they do not do specialise or do frappes or shakes well. I went in asking for the milkshake menu, the lady on the till could not even find it. Once found it had a handful of chocolate bar shakes. When ordered I received a disgusting shake made with ice (should not be in milkshakes) and cheap ice-cream. The texture and taste was not good. No cream on top. Will not be entering this venue again - it is just a grill!

I ordered some bubble tea from here since they had an advert out front. The boba pearls are still rock solid, to the point that this is a choking hazard. It tastes absolutely horrible.

The food was wonderful we really enjoyed being at the restaurant. Customer service is amazing! Would definitely recommend.

Rubbish place. Waited over 1 hour 30 minutes for food. Haleem doesn't have no meat. Chicken and qings are half done. Never again.
