I attended Aspire a couple of times at meetings. I'm afraid that I didn't find it inspiring - more a little gloomy. However, given the excellent work that the Aspire team does I shouldn't really moan.

On limited budgets they try there best ,they have some great staff who treat you with respect and dignity, I thank them for all their support and would be lost without them.

Mixed messages to clients and relatives.Very confusing pathway with different colleagues giving differing advice and opinions.Beware what you are advised and get it in writing or you may end up being disappointed and or messed about.

Unfortunately ended up in a position where aspire was my only option, safe to say I haven't been back in 4 plus years. Nice friendly workers, and the lady behind the front desk was always helpful, don't no where I would be now if it wasn't for aspire so thanks for your help.

Tried to get aid from Aspire for an issue I was having and they promised to ring me back and then never did. Absolutely ruined my faith in most services that Aspire provide and I am in no rush to go back or attempt with them again. Simply can't be asked after the treatment I've had from them and frankly, I'm terrified to even try again. They're terrible staff and need to do better for the community they supposedly represent.
