I just wanted to say a big thank you. I was in this weekend with my partner picking up some eaves tiles, lead and underlay for the tiled bay I'm working on, and the guy at the desk couldn't have been more helpful (sorry - didn't catch the name!). As well as pointing me in the right direction for the materials I needed, he went above and beyond, giving me plenty of advice and answering this newbie's dumb questions! Will no doubt be back again soon - many thanks!

Fantastic place I've used them for over 30 years , always willing to help, very knowledgeable staff who are very friendly always have what I need and on the rare occasion that they Don't they can order it in pronto, wouldn't use anybody else .

Wow, excellent service & fast.Aided by one very helpful & strong young lady, who had the 80 something tiles ready for us . She carried them over to our car ( on her shoulder) - not all at once, I hasten to add! Where else would you get such amazing service. She is a star..sorry we didn't get her name.
