Just came for breakfast baguettes and sausage rolls with family. All of it was cold....not barely warm, cold. Asked for it to be heated, told no....So it's meant to be cold? Well no hot plates to keep food warm and they aren't allowed to heat the food..... Who on earth comes to a bakery for cold egg rolls and sausage rolls. Honestly ridiculous. If that's standard practice there should be signage or a mention made at ordering as I wouldn't have bothered then and wasted money instead

The hot chocolate machine (the part they tip the powder into) has not been cleaned for several weeks.There is minimal staff doing their best, the manager appears to live out the back, not helping his staff at all. It's a nice place to go for a quick coffee but hygiene is poor and fridges were in disrepair for a few weeks. One elderly lady waited 40 minutes for a vegan sausage roll bless her.The front staff deserve a pay rise for all the disgruntled customers and lack of help they receive. One staff member wasn't due to start work but saw one staff member working the counter, no staff cleaning tables, no staff anywhere! Bless her she got into her uniform and cleaned the cafe area.Poor management.

Asked if food was hot.Yes!No!So disappointing.I know they have to balance demand, but please, the truth.Can then make a different decision.Normally good, but first time in this branch

Always pleased to see a Greg's, reasonably priced food and coffee. Never seem to have enough staff, so tables needed cleaning. Great sausage rolls.

The staff were so so kind. A lady had had a fall out side and they gave her some sweet tea for shock and let her have a seat whilst she waited for her daughter to arrive..the lady had a fractured arm..I wish I knew who the young male was who gave her the tea...he was so kind

Busy at lunchtime and hard to find a table. Reasonable prices, but the more festive menu meant some of the more basic foods were not on offer.
