Visited with my son, who lives in Wellington , on Thursday 12 May 2022. The store is well stocked with the essentials and is popular for the 'odd item' purchase. The shop has two checkouts but sadly there was only one operating when we visited in the late afternoon. The queue of people was upto 12 people who all waited patiently , although some customers left as soon as they saw the queue. The lady behind the cash desk was very apologetic and was running to front of the store on her own. A great lady who could do with an extra hand at busy times if our opinion.

Our local B&M stall at Telford Forge retail park is the best one I've ever been in. We caravan all around England, we use B&M stalls a great deal. The staff are friendly and helpful. The stall at Forge retail park Telford is kept to a very high standard. The quality of product's are great.

This store is decent but a little on the dark side in my opinion, due to the shopfloor lights. It's pretty much always clean and tidy. I should know, because i've worked there before for 6 months. (Kick-Start Scheme) Some of the staff are quite friendly and it's definitely a bargain and discount store for sure. You can go shopping there and get a lot of items for a decent price. :)

Would be better if the labels came off without leaving a sticky while paper residue. When these items are to be used about the house its a pain having to do additional cleaning.Just lack of thought or attention to detail.
