this branch did not print a bank statement for which is against lloyds bank policy. this is how they are runny this branch and one of them was rude me. staff is not good for bank reputation.

Went into branch on Saturday and despite weekends being quite busy for most, I was served very promptly and the staff there were very well organised and polite. Great service.

Turned up at lloyd's bank ,walsall, to withdraw huge cash over the counter.The cashier Gina paid me wrong amount of cash,,wrote correct sum on envelope ,signed and stamp,insisted she correctly paid me after I had discovered amount not exact as requested.The manager Deb Lee refused to help and excused herself at the back office.I reported the issue to lloyd's head office and my money has been refunded to me.Not even an apology from lloyd's bank Walsall.SHAME ON THEM , PLAN TO STEAL MY MONEY DIDN'T WORK, THAT GINA AND DEB ARE NO GOOD,STAY CLEAR FROM THEM.
