Excellent service. I got to see the engraving before it was done to save the possibility of mistakes.I walked out of the shop 10 minutes later with the product too.

Lovely guy who clearly loves his job. So helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Full of conversations while we waited for a last minute gift to be engraved, all done within 20 minutes of walking into the shop.

Poor service and attitude. I popped in to have a Yale type key cut. I was served by an older gentleman. When I got home, the key really struggled to enter the lock. Tried several times and had to return to the shop. When I returned I was met with an irritable response which I found strange as I had politely outlined the issue. The same older gentlemen then admitted that he suspected he had cut the wrong key as he couldn't locate the correct pattern initially ! He then cut the correct key but I realised when I got home that the cylinder had been damaged by the initial incorrect key. I had to buy a new cylinder and keys at additional expense elsewhere. Did not return due to his attitude. Will never use again.

Fantastic. Dropped in for an engraved plaque and it was done there and then for a very reasonable price. Lovely man, great service. Highly recommend.

I bought my husband a leather belt for our third wedding anniversary. I wanted to add a personal touch and asked Plymouth Trophies if they could engrave it for me. I asked for a message and his initials. At first they didn't think it would be too visible as it was black on black but I was very impressed with the end result and my husband love it too. Very reasonable and very friendly service. I would definitely use again.
