Came here on a Friday afternoon as a group of eight without a reservation, but were quickly found a table upstairs.Having to go downstairs to the bar to order food, and then carry drinks back upstairs was a bit of a chore, but staff were friendly and food service was fairly quick. Food quality was fairly average, to be honest. My lasagna didn’t taste homemade and the accompanying salad was bland, with no dressing. Other’s food was a little mediocre too.Nevertheless, a big space, able to accommodate large groups, with a nice view overlooking the marina.

Staff were super friendly. Had a really nice meal. Food was good value and good portions. Came to use fast and hot and tasted amazing. Good selection of drinks too. Amazing wine list and lots on the tap. Staff helped us find food suitable for our needs and we were checked on and looked after.

In Swansea for an event..If you have a dog.. WOW! I’ve never known such a welcome. The minute you walk in you’re met with dog bowls, water and the dog menu - yes really!The lovely Lucia couldn’t do enough to make us and our dog welcome. Ignore any negative reviews.We had roast turkey and roast beef, which was lovely. A small mix up meant I received half a chicken instead of the turkey but it was swiftly changed without fuss or problem, very appreciated. We also ordered a chicken breast from the Doggy Menu, served on a plate to our four legged friend.Beer is lovely - we tried a local bitter and lager, both very drinkable. Ordered a second drink online which was really easy and service very swift.Our dog Bear thoroughly recommends it here and will be telling all his chums back home!

Haven't been to the pump house for many years. The food was delicious. I had the cod and chips and the batter was light and very tasty. The staff kindly changed our table when asked (nothing wrong, just preference of another spot) Pleasant staff at the bar and very nice table service with helpful staff fetching cutlery and sauces. Will be visiting again.

Service is impeccable. We were told there was a slight delay in the food, but it came out pretty quick. The food was delicious. We had the steak and ale pie, vegetarian burger and gammon steak. Dessert was a must and it was amazing. Lovely atmosphere too.

When we arrived our table needed to be cleaned from previous diners but it was dealt with after asking someone again. The online app wasn't working and did ask someone about it and was told it would be looked at but in the end we ended up going down to bar area to order. At that point we did think our experience here wouldn't be very good but our food came quickly and all was correct. From there on everything was fine,table was cleared quickly between courses and staff were friendly. It was very busy there and we understood things were a bit chaotic when we arrived due to the time of year but we enjoyed our time and would recommend

We were greeted by Tova, who always keeps things ticking over efficiently. She led us to our table and made sure we were comfortable there. We ordered at the bar and the food was served within about 15 minutes. There is quite a varied menu - mostly fairly standard pub food. The Sunday roasts are very good. My roast beef was a bit on the tough side - though last time I had roast beef at the Pump House it was remarkably tender. All staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and the drinks - including the coffee - were a sensible price.

We went to the pump house around 5ish on a Saturday and was surprised how full it was ☺️. Starters were fantastic (mac n cheese, cauliflower wings and garlic mushrooms) mains were great too all had burgers...the burgers were a little crispy (think bbq burgers) me and hubby enjoyed them our daughter would've preferred less crispy. There was plenty of food and we left full and happy.

Booking online was easy and straightforward. Confirmation received promptly prior to booking date. Warm welcome on arrival. Nice atmosphere and clean table/environment. Ordering at table was easy and food/drinks were served promptly and with positivity from the staff. In relation to the food, the sides were great, the dessert was lovely and the burger was awesome - the chips were disappointing though.
