When I entered rimmers there was a guy sat behind a desk facing the door, he looked at me as if I had walked into his house unannounced, liked I'd invaded his private space. He asked what I wanted, I said, erm, to look at a guitar, he asked which one, well I hadn't got close enough to see them. He explained that I'd be better shopping online instead of being here. So I guess it's not a shop anymore guys it's this fellas office. One star for rudeness.

Great Price. Great customer service. Best trade in price I was offered from any online company. Collected my old keyboard, sent my new one.Neil, who dealt with my enquiry and sale was very professional throughout.I wish they had a branch closer to Cornwall!!!I have bought from them before too. Very consistent high level of sales and after sales service.Highly recommend

Looked at a guitar online but not in stock, so left my email address for when it came back in stock, 2 days later they emailed back to say they had one in, I ordered one on the 26th of June and it was delivered on the 1st of July, no complaints from me , very happy.

Check the date on these reviews. If you are into keyboards and pianos these guys might be helpful but forget about guitars. Empty shelves and a cordon to keep the riff-raff from getting too near the guitars, or is it so you can't see the prices? Either way it's not exactly inviting and no better than looking at a website. I might have paid £10 for set of guitar strings if the shop and staff were a little more inviting. Instead I will just buy them online for less than 1/3 the price since I'm not getting that guitar shop experience anyway. In the past I have bought 2 guitars from this shop. I can see a reason to ever visit again.

Bought myself a new Takamine Dreadnought there today. Great service from Kevin, not pushy/Selly and tried some other guitars before sticking with my spider senses. I'd recommend them.

Company is unaware of their stock levels and displays false information on their website. Website claims next day delivery" on all products irrelevant of actual item availability. Staff lack common sense and have a poor understanding of customer service. I received an email the day after I placed my order that informed me that my order would be delivered to me "in the next 7 days". For such an unreasonable delay

Highly recommend this shop and really appreciate the help from Martin. I purchased a digital piano and after getting home and realising it wasn't the right one for me they really helped me out by allowing me to return and take the time to find what I needed. Really competitive pricing too.

Went in the store last week to view some keyboards, we was greated by a really nice chap called Kevin, his knowledge and expertise was fantastic, his questions to us directed us to just what we needed, his customer service was absolutely outstanding, without any doubt I'd fully recommend anyone who is unsure about any kind of musical instrument to get down to rimmers. Thanks once again Kevin you are a credit to the company.
