Good variety of places to eat and drink. Very lively especially when the street food market is taking place. You can walk into the city centre from here (uphill) or take a walk along the canal to Double Locks pub.

Lovely walks along the river. Watch out for horseflies though. Keep going until you get to Double Locks and a taxi back to prevent falling into the river.

In Summer the canal can get very overgrown with weed making it difficult to navigate.

A lovely place for a walk in the summer, especially if you have a dog.There was a good place to park for free but because of the new railway station at Marsh Barton, this is being resurfaced and charges are to be brought in.

Lovely place for a stroll along the canal. Great if you want to do a bit of kayaking with rental places dotted around.
