An amazing hour-long full body massage leaving you feeling relaxed and calm. Really felt that focus was put into areas they identified needed extra time while still giving all areas enough attention. Highly recommended.

Easily the best facial/massage experience of my life. I booked the 90mins facial Pilates session. Lise was friendly and kind and described everything she was going to do, even changing some of the specific masks and lotions for the treatment to suit my skin. The treatment was fantastic. The spa is really friendly, super cosy and comfortable, and absolutely spotless. I don't live nearby and was only in Radlett for one night but I will consider coming back just to visit Skön Spa!

Sadly I was not able to cash in my gift voucher that a very lovely friend offered me. Only two weeks after expiration. Not very helpful when I offered to pay for an extra half hour. Business are having a hard time. Being more accommodating would have resulted in extremely good customer service and reviews.

I was in desperate need for a deep tissue massage and I cannot recommend this place any more. I went this morning and have already told my friends and family how good it was. Tracy was absolutely incredible! She released all the tension in my muscles and made sure all my knots were loosened. It was so relaxing and just what I needed. Best massage I've had by a mile. Thank you Tracy!

I've been going for the last two years with my friend and I've received nothing but an excellent service. The cleanliness of the massage rooms to the showers after a body scrub. I look to go there again real soon! ❤️

I'm not normally one to leave a review but this deserves one. I went to SKON because I could really feel how tight my neck, shoulders and back were. I had a 30min deep tissue massage with Claudia and I have to say it was the best massage of my life. She knew exactly where to focus on and relieve the tense points. I can instantly feel the difference and wished I booked for a longer period. Absolutely brilliant and will definitely be returning. First class service and extremely polite. Thank you so much, I feel a whole load better already!

I hope their treatments are better than the level of empathy they have. Very disappointed that the owner refused to make an exception in honouring an expensive voucher bought for my 50th birthday, 2 years ago, at a time when I was very ill and unable to use it. Apparently the fact that I nearly died and wasn't think about calling them to extend it in this period wasn't sufficient; that's what that the terms and conditions say" and clearly that's more important than the clients! Sadly

Simply amazing hot stone massage. Beautiful massage room which reminded me of any 5* hotel. Heated bed which I love.Great therapist who gave a great massage. On my door step and first time visit, I will be returning.
