It was our first stay at a Roomzzz and it was an all together positive experience. Great location within a couple of blocks of the train station and most everything else. The “Grab and Go” breakfast was very convenient as we could grab and take the items back to our room. The 24 hour availability of the coffee and specialty drink machine was great. Checkin was quick and easy and the staff was friendly. We will stay at Roomzzz again when given the opportunity.

Great place to stay. Right in the center of Leeds. Easy and quick access to markets.Helpful and great staff. Always greets you with smile. Daily room service. Free breakfast and free coffee anytime.Would really recommend.

Unfriendly welcome at reception with no useful information offered like where the included breakfast was served. This chain appears to put a lot of effort into the outward appearance, but my room, whilst spacious, was just a bit sad feeling and basic, like a cheaply furnished student flat.

Spot on! First room smelled of cheese lol, something wrong with the fridge so we got upgraded to an amazing room. Don't be scared to talk with staff, they genuinely want you to enjoy your stay whenever I visit Roomzzz, I feel they train their staff really well to be proactive and friendly. We had a brilliant stay. I really like the extra mile this company will go to for the slightly more expensive rooms they offer compared to other more budget chains. Well done again Roomzzz!

Being right next to the station made it super convenient. The room was really spacious and having all kitchen, dining, and, washing facilities all in the same room made it really reliable. Would definitely stay here again!

What a fabulous place to stay, we booked the Grand Studio and it didn't disappoint. Contemporary apartment, with lounge, dinning area and fully equipment kitchen. Beds are so comfy and showers hot with nice toiletries and thick soft towels. Perfect location for train station and city centre bars and shops. The apartment was immaculate. Staff are so lovely and friendly. Continental breakfast pastries were delicious. Would definitely stay here again

Really really shabby. Good size, does feel like an apartment to be honest, but honestly needs a good paint. The TVs aren’t even smart TVs. Could be cleaner too, my floor was filthy - I think they just change sheets and clean the kitchens etc. Is it cheaper compared to London? Yes. Is a little dark and dank? Yes. Not my style and I would have paid more for something cleaner but otherwise got the job done
