Look after my needs make sure my drugs I need are there on time my only beef is its still taking time to get services we need and took for granted b4 covid are still not happing but thats the NHS all over UK it's not rastrick health centres fault

I've only recently joined this surgery after moving to the area, and the staff are so nice! Completely different to what you've usually come to expect from GP reception staff. They're always friendly, helpful, efficient and even got me in for an emergency appointment when I needed it. Seriously glad I chose this one.

Very good when you carn get an appointment.i just wish the reception would not ask what riong with you all of the time.leave that up to the docters/nurse's there,as its very privert what we say to our professional docters/ nurse's.

Excellent 5star service from Rastrick Health Centre today. I rang at 10.30am and explained to a helpful receptionist the details of my condition. I had an appointment with a doctor at 2pm and the diagnosis and medication that I required by 2.30. In these days of news reports forever stating that it is impossible to get a GP appointment I think that Rastrick Health Centre are second to none.

Extremely rude receptionist put the phone down on me when I called today at 5:20 to ask for my sons medical record information to send to his new childminder, No answer to my question just put the phone down on me. I thought it may have been by accident so tried to call back but refused to answer then put phone down again. If your having a bad day don't take it out on patients of your practise !!

The Receptionists are very helpful and friendly in a very stressful job. The doctors/nurses are very informative and approachable. Also, the Pharmacists are very helpful and friendly too.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Rastrick Health Centre. The level of unprofessionalism I encountered was beyond belief. Not only did they disregard my concerns, but they also displayed a complete lack of empathy and respect. I had to call back 3 times for an update (despite being told the last 2 times they would contact me) I was told i did not need to see a doctor, that a picture would suffice, (despite being told by another medical professional it would need to be seen by a GP). Then contacted them the morning after and told I would have to wait until after dinner the day after. It's truly disheartening when you seek medical help and are met with such a dismissive attitude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking quality and compassionate medical care.

I must drop lucky has a very poorly person I rarely have any issues getting in or having blood or having my diabeties checked over yes on the odd occasion the phone can be tricky but there normally ringing me so since I’ve been on there books the nurses have been fine I’ve lost count of amount of times I’ve had my blood done or blood sugar . The doctors have been very professional and the receptionist pleasant .
