Gotta be the worse place I’ve been to for tipping time, 4.15 hrs from Edinburgh to liverpool and then 4.30 to be tipped after getting a bay. Arrive at 8am and out at 14.00 . 1.30 waiting for a bay then 4.30 on the bay !No wonder there is a shortage of drivers , there all sat on bays at dhl ! Or it’s took that long it’s put drivers off doing the job. .Asked what’s going on and just told “ if you don’t want to wait then just go !!”

Iam from the local area absolute horrible place to tip in arrogant , unhelpful , I was running out of time not good , I looked in the bay and the loader was sat on his mhe playing with his phone ,,,, not professional should be sacked ....

Absolutely disgusting the way you are made to stand at a window and get ignored by the members of staff, even if they acknowledged you and said 2 mins. Left stood at the window in excess of 15 mins before spoken to

Very poor customer service. Leave you stood at the booking in window for a very long time like your invisible and then when they finally acknowledge that you are there they then take 2+ hours to tip you.

Worst depo this year so farThey are keep you ther for hours ladies in the office needs 30 min until they ask what you waiting for ,a if need to go to toilet you must walk to the security at the gate house get pass and walk back around the building (300 yards )

Read comment. Workers aren’t respect. Use workers like slave. Pay from hours not for according. It’s illegal staying leader and told faster faster. Discrimination. For min wage respect people’s work faster than robots. First start respect workers.

The worst job ever, so bad. Was told it was full time and it was not. They had me working 2 days a week when I was supposed to be on 5, they’d cancel my shifts the night before and the line managers are vile and speak to you like you’re an animal.

After trying to call them for half a day, still nobody picked up, I don't know how they do business , I read the reviews and oh my God ! so many negative reviews, it must be really a bad place to work and go in to pick up a load. From the other hand they might simply be LAZY or don't know what SERVICE is ! But it always starts from the head, from the manager of the department, of course, employing the wrong people. Take the courses then ! Learn ! Might help a bit. If people are waiting for 3 hours to load, this is disgrace for your company !
