Awful company, would not recommend. Management have absolutely no loyalties towards their staff whatsoever let alone there service users. They have carers working for them with no DBS. Management seem to mess staff about with hours and pay constantly and don't rectify the mistakes they make. They make up the wages they want to pay staff. When agreeing to a sleep on shift. I was told by the manager I would be on a set wage per night which I'd agreed on to then receive an email the night before I was due to start my shift saying the new wage was £30 less than I'd originally being told. This equalled £90 per night. Less than minimum wage?Since then I've discovered the company was previously called long life care and changed there name due to such bad reviews from staff (Hull daily mail) and it seems to be a running problem that they underpay their staff resulting in them leaving and not even recieving what they owe.All in all I would avoid this company at all costs.

This company is so badly run it is worth looking into investigating the management before you even consider this company. If you want a care company that let your loved ones go a full week without medication or bathing this company is perfect,if you want your loves one's robbed then hire this company leaving windows open keys left on doors no routine for service users. This company has no regard for their employees watch hull daily mail for ex employees stories about this company. I make it publicly known I worked for this company and whitleblowed several times.

This company is a shambles. Manager is a bully and harrasses people. Breach's data protection. This company was previously named Life long care services but received such bad reviews and bad press their changed their name. The training is inadequate. Their decide what you should be paid and expect you to taxi other carers around then tell you that you are to charge the carers at 15p a mile and have the cheek to add it in your contract and if you don't agree you get no work! The funniest thing is the reviews are so bad that their begging for good reviews probably from family members. Their comment on all bad reviews and deny everything. These people should not be allowed to trade anyone wanting a job here or wanting this company to care for your loved ones please research this company, just looking on the companies website and local paper should be enough evidence for you to stay away from this company. I'm more then happy to upload photos to this review to show evidence. My advise to this company would be to own up to your mistakes and learn from them rather then claiming everyone is lying about your company.I knew you would deny knowing me like you have everyone else... Maybe I'll upload my evidence for public viewing.

Awful company for both employees and customers that's operated by a pair of inexperienced, narcissistic clowns.They plan their care visits so that it is expected that a vulnerable adult may receive their care visits an hour late leaving the possibility of incorrectly administered medicines.The financial director thrives on having the ability to 'choose' whether or not to correctly pay young and inexperienced women who may not be fully aware of their rights, hiding behind statements such as I'm not breaking any laws"

I currently work for this company, i have had support from management since i joined working for them, i would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job within the care sector or anyone looking for a company to provide the service to their family member. i look forward to the future with this company.

I am currently employed by Your Choice 4 Care and they are a really lovely team to work with. I feel fully supported by the managers and they have provided me with all the training I need and more. There is always someone for me to talk to for support and I always get a good work/home life balance.

I was informed that anything I worked for the company as a new starter prior to their cut off day I would be paid for. I worked 1 day of 7hours using my own car and fuel. I was informed on this day of work that my fuel would be re-embursed to me in my pay. This wasnt the case and I had used a quarter of a tank in fuel. I even on this day of travelled to the other end of hull to pick up my colleague for the day who travelled around with me in my car. I challenged the pay come pay day when I did not get paid. I was told that this would be paid when I work a full month for them. As I was already out of pocket with fuel I thought that I cannot take the risk of this happening for a full month pay. I explained my concerns to them and asked if I could be re-embursed for the fuel I has used I did not get a response from this which is sad as on working the day I worked for them I thought they seemed like a nice company to work for just be careful if considering them as an employer as I do not believe they look after their staff. They say it's a shadowing day but it's not as we was supporting doubles. I have still not been paid till this day

After a career change to working in care as first experience this job has been great. Been here 6 weeks now and comparing my first day into the unknown to now is just amazing. I feel like I’ve done this my whole life. Training with other carers has been amazing and everyone I’ve worked with have been fully supportive. Managers and the boss have always been a message away and check in regular and now I’m settled I cannot wait to grow with this company. Thank you !!

I am a current employee for your choice 4 care and I can honestly say, I love it, I have been working in the care industry for more than 20 years and the registered manager is the most supportive manager I have ever had. I really couldn’t ask for more from her, as for my pay, I am actually always paid the day before, I am due to get paid and it’s always been right. If I’ve worked extra, I always get a thank you and I feel appreciated, I look forward to working for this company for many years to come. Also want to say a big well done to my Colleagues who are out there, working so hard, in these current times ❤️
