I've had nothing but problems with my car since buying it from here for 7000 it's been back 5 or 6 times for fixing I've had it 5 weeks there tell u they fix it but proof in the pudding it wouldn't keep going back for fixing would it if they did it right first time I would not go here again even if the car was free it probably need a few 1000 spending on it haha all we asked for is it fixing or money back and guy told me to go down for a 1on 1 scrap hahahahaha

Brought the smax starting reg with bd13Through finance they delivered it and was okay on the First day…. Second day it came up low battery on the dash board but started fine extThird day it didn’t start at all took it Halfords auto care for a new battery as thought it was that and turns out it wasn’t the keyless start was faulty so I sent the car backAlso the other fault was the pan roof had been sliced completely off so it’s not functional at all a the roof console button was replaced for a blank one….. the pan alone is very expensive and they didn’t want to replace for a new one they just wanted to use a used partAlso the tires need pretty much changing as there all part worn to be passed through the mot… few are very low treadAvoid at all cost isn’t worth the hassle at all!!!

I have bought a vehicle about a month ago from here old Ford motor group. I have just found out today that this company has not fulfilled its agreement. By registering this vehicle to the DVLA the car I have part exchange is still registered to me after a month has passed so now I have lost our months tax so it has passed over into the next month. I wouldn’t recommend this company to friends and family as they have cost me money and time please double check before buying from this company. I am not a happy chappy dealing with old Forge motor group.

Bought a car, changed my mind after reading the reviews. Only paid £200 deposit and £280 delivery fee. Glad I changed my mind! I called and asked for a refund the day after, happy to refund me the deposit but not the delivery fee!! Unfortunately they've been completely unhelpful, laughed and said go the legal route.Says all their calls are recorded but when asking for my call recordings they suddenly don't have them. Cowboys, don't touch with a barge pole

Bought a vehicle from them a few weeks ago, the guys there are really helpful, not in your face, really professional... Really nice guys! Which, in this day and age, is a rare thing. The car i bought has Not disappointed me at all, prices are very competitive. WELL PLEASED, i would recommend them to anyone, and i was in the motor trade all my working life, now retired. Thank you guys.

Terrible place to buy a car. Bought a car that needed new LED tail lights. Negotiated this within the price of the car. They installed the lights and still water was leaking into the boot. Took it to a garage that repaired them properly and they immediately had to replace the one that Old forge put on due to water ingress. Also, the car had clearly been involved in a collision. Be careful and inspect the car fully before purchasing. Don't trust their garage will do a good repair

Paid a deposit on a car from this company in the faith it would be refunded once the car was financed, now telling me there are issues with the part exchange and won't refund my deposit even the financed in full and part exchange is paid off, make sure everything is in wrighting and trust no one.

Bought a car in February on finance delivered to the door due to having a back operation so stupidly didn't go and view it personally,short while after coolant light came on topped it up thought nothing else of it,last week coolant light on only just managed to stop in safe place off motorway and the car wouldn't start RAC dragged it to their garage were they did a half hearted compression test because if in-depth they'd have to pay then it was dropped at a ford garage as these issues are a well known ford issue were it now needs a brand new engine had I read the reviews on this garage I would have steered clear seems standard from here to sell bad cars further more check your invoices for work done and services as they are illegally using m a auto care who were dissolved in July 2019

Recently bought my new vehicle, after purchase I noticed the vehicle needed a few repairs. I contacted the garage and they asked me to bring the vehicle back and they sorted the issues with no problems at all. Great service and staff, would highly recommend and use again for future purchases.

Do not buy a car from this place paid over £6000 for a car 3 months ago and it's currently been in a garage 1 week as it can not be driven. No end of problems since I bought it , none of the repairs that need doing come under warranty (of course they don't) so left paying hundreds of pounds out myself. Rang the garage and they are not interested. I have a disabled daughter that I need to take to appointments and unfortunately I got this car on finance so stuck with it for another 4 years. They are ripping people off with cars that are knackered I hope they can sleep at night !!! And I'm intouch with Trading standards they need to be stop these cars are dangerous.After writing this review weeks ago the car had been sat on my drive for 4 weeks not been able to be driven. After getting intouch with different people putting complaints in , the garage finally got in touch came to pick the car up and fixed it because it was within 6 months of buying it. So it works (for now) .
