This was my first time moving out and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They provided plenty of information regarding the property/tenancy and were easily approachable whenever I had queries. There were very few maintenance issues with the property over my 2 years and on the rare occasion I had to reach out for assistance they responded really quickly.

Fantastic property! Stayed in a shared house in Fearnhead, Warrington for 6 months . Sharing the house with other professionals. Steve dealt with any issues promptly. Had no issues signing the agreement and ending it, got my full deposit back. The house was clean and quiet. I highly recommend renting with Foxdog Properties.

We relocated to Northwich from North Wales. Great letting agency. Any issues we had were dealt with as soon as possible. Lovely people, easy to talk to and extremely helpful. Communication is great, always received a reply, kept us up to date with anything that was going on or needing access to the property. We found out we were having a baby and decided to move back home, if we were ever to return and let again we would 110% use this agent. Steve is brilliant and so are the office staff. We were sad to leave but couldn't ask for better from an agent, end of tenancy was so easy. Thank you again for having us.
