This was my first visit to the practice but I could not be happier. The receptionist was very friendly, warm and welcoming which made for a nice and relaxed wait. When called to see the dentist and the dental nurse, I already felt relaxed and she was very welcoming and experienced. I left the visit feeling well informed, with my issue addressed and confident that my needs will be taken care of.I highly recommended the practice!

Awful. Groupon offer is incorrect should be taken down the dentist didn't even check my mouth to get a good look at my teeth after traveling a very long way to come for treatment. Worse customer service I've ever received. The lady just kept taking about money and explained that for the clear aligner treatment basically would just give me half the recommended aligners needed. Also told I would have to pay for the full treatment which again she didn't tell me how much that would be!!!. So half service and idiotic staff not pleasant people. Avoid.

After receiving treatment several times, I found the receptionist to be rude and the dentist to be uncaring and rushed at times. It resulted in me not completing the treatment. I have since experienced much better care from other professionals in the area.

AVOID at all costs. Truly truly awful experience here. If you read through the reviews you can see which are real and you those which are fake. I had a Groupon deal for braces, they at first persuaded me to pay them directly, the service which followed was just awful. I had to wait around an hour or more for each scheduled appointment. Every member of staff including the receptionist and dentist herself are rude and uncaring. The dental treatment was just awful, with long waiting times, I had a cut lip once, she promised the world at the start and at the end she claimed that it’s not possible to close gaps in my teeth (?), towards the end they manipulated me in making more payments just to complete the treatment. I had to pay another dentist to start all over again. This service, treatment, efficiency of the surgery is just truly awful. Please do your research and shop around before committing to any treatment here.

PLEASE AVOID!!!After reading some of the reviews on here I was a little dubious about this practice. Compiled my own experience comes as no surprise reallyAs health care professional myself I have daily exposure to clients with physical and cognitive impairmentsHave concerns Ms Usha Joshi the receptionist is not fit to work and is showing some signs of early stage dementia. She is extremely forgetful and adamant she is right and you (client) is wrong without any hard evidenceI strongly suggest Dr Priti Joshi to make reasonable working adjustments for Usha or contact human rights commission for further adviceUsha charged for hygienist appointment which I didn't make as did not attend" (DNA)Explained that the appointment and DNA fee was unjustified. Tried to explain that I provisionally made an appointment providing I could get the day off workUsha called several times to confirm appointment which was never definitively made nor does she have any evidence for this

Just spoke to a knowledgeable receptionist who informed me that, although their Website states they are taking on new NHS patients, they actually are NOT! It would surely be more professional to amend their Website and not give people hope.

I had previously written a review as I was asked to, by the practice, after a few appointments and I wrote that this dental practice was good. I can’t seem to edit my review, so I am now writing a new one.I don’t usually write a review but I felt compelled to, as people should be warned.My dentist when I first joined was very good but walked out on this practice very suddenly. Since then I was seen by the owner and after a couple of appointments with her, I have since left this dental practice and warn anyone to not register here.You will be asked to make regular 3 month hygienist appointments when you only require a 6 month one, as my new dental surgery suggests.You will not get your teeth cleaned during a regular checkup, which should be provided under the NHS scheme.You will also be charged for cancelling if you are ill and can’t make the appointment even if you told them on a Friday to cancel and your appointment was for the Monday. My husband was charged for just changing an appointment date, weeks in advance. He confronted the owner/dentist and receptionist and after a heated discussion with the two sisters who back each other, they reluctantly cancelled the charge.They will argue with you and get personal and extremely rude, telling you to go elsewhere and that a client should feel privileged to be with them and that they are providing free treatments. This is completely rubbish, as I have paid full price for every treatment. The hygienist will be a different one each time you see one and some are pretty rough.Be warned, do not register here. Their customer service is non-existent. They are extremely rude, unprofessional and will find ways of taking your money. This should not be acceptable for any dental service provider for the community.

I have been a patient for more than ten years and always see a dentist ( Dr Priti Joshi ) and hygienist every six or three months. They not only provide treatment for the issue related to teeth but also explain the root cause and long term solution to prevent from happening it again. Today, I am very satisfied with the quick treatment.
