Staff can not cope when busy. Went through drive thru and staff was all over the show they Forgets orders and then make you wait in a bay with 3 other vehicles gives your food to wrong people after they touch it they take it off them and give it to us without re-preparing order. Missing items from order that is paid for.Food was cold.Abserloute shambles.Need more staff and more training not only customer getting frustrated today with staff

Very packed today service was poor waited nearly an hour for food, got to till told me no fruit bags only carrot which didn't go down well with grandkids! Suddenly found some after I moaned then they realised they was given a book instead of a toy and was told again no toys available. Kids not happy! I suggested they don't allow you to order things that are not available, staff member got stroppy and threw carrot bags to the back , don't think I'll bother going there again!!!

Food was great, however it took far to long to get my food... 20 minutes from ordering to receiving. I ordered in store. The customer experience is becoming worse and worse as a result of the current method of ordering food then waiting for the kitchen to cook your order. No longer a 'fast food' restaurant.

Food was nice but quite cold. Not a lot of cars at the drive through, but service still took a long time probably causing the cold food. Friendly staff and clean facilities. They missed giving me one item, but going inside and speaking was sorted straight away.

Thanks to Tasha or Sasha (sorry) , one of the managers working today.Mix up with my order, I asked to speak to a manager as staff were not helping. I didn't want to queue in drive through again as food would get cold.She understood and sorted the issue for me.

This have to be UK worst McDonald’s. Shut down randomly, half of menu missing for most of the time, quality of food can be seen in other reviews. Shut this place do refurb or whatever….oh Saturday evening and it’s shut again :) Update, again waiting since 4:30 till 5:15 and it is closed again, I thought it is because of menu change but no this place is just a mess.

An absolute shambles of a place. Staff who just could give a toss. 20 min plus wait for food. When it did get to you it was cold! And surprise surprise...No milk shakes.Thing is, for what we had, I could have had a decent sit down meal at Green King or Hungry Horse for the same cost.Mcdonalds is just a name now. There's no real value in it anymore.I want be visiting this one again. Sorry.

Pretty poor service. I use table service due to a disability and normally at other branches it's great. Here I was made to wait and eventually go in to be told by a poorly communicating manager that they don't do table service at this time of day. Funny as they did 2 days earlier and the app allowed me to order. . I don't mind a wait but you can't make up the rules especially when the app has allowed you to order. Surely one of the 3 members of staff I saw going out for a cigarette could have dropped the table order out.

Horrible food hygiene and service. I bought a Mc chicken and an apple pie on 10 Nov 2023. Once I got home and opened the boxes, I found that the apple pie already had a bite taken out of it-- not sure by the staff or by a rat at the restaurant.Absolutely disgusting!I went back to the shop immediately to report this. The manager Joe came out and quickly took away the apple pie from my hand without saying a word and rushed back to the office. The assistant manager Tasha then came out, stared at me and said the pie was good, and yelled at me What do you want?!""
